Chicken pasta bake left out overnight

Cooked a massive chicken, chorizo & pepper pasta bake too do my lunches for a few days. Left it out to cool down straight out the oven before putting in fridge. Fell asleep on sofa, woke up very disoriented at 2am and put myself straight to bed. Came down this morning at 7.30 to see it still out and popped it straight in the fridge. Haven't touched it since - is it ruined? Or is it safe to eat? The kitchen wasn't warm as it was overnight and heating off but don't want to risk getting ill.

I do this all the time, never once got ill. Eat it!

A chicken sandwich would be kept in a coolbag with ice blocks. Not left out at room temperature for hours.
Of course cooked chicken can be a risk. Confused
