Arrived back from holiday on Friday and have just booked flights for summer 2019!!!! The flights to Spain are the dates and times we want, £145 each including luggage.

A cruise for next February. Still discussing next summer.

Remember to set your browser to incognito. The websites remember you and increase the prices of flights every time you look in my experience.

Disneyland is less of a problem because you can get there by ferry or train

Although some MNers have said we won't be able to use them either because they'll be taken over for freight.

If you live in NI you are ok because you can cross the border and get a plane from an ROI airport. I suppose you might be able to France via Jersey too - ie ferry to Jersey and ferry onto France. Jersey (and the other channel islands) isn't in the EU anyway and Blue Islands airline is registered in the CI, so presumably they will continue to fly.

France in april

Fuerteventura in august

I’m worried about another crazy heatwave next year. Really wouldn’t fancy being in Spain if it’s going to be 45 degrees. Might do the UK but only book July/Aug if the place has air con.

DP has provisionally booked a house on Arran because we loved it so much when we went this year; expecting some family and friends to join us Smile!

Bragging is incredibly unattractive ladies.

So is jealousy!

We’ve booked Thailand in Feb, Tenerife July and Corfu September. Any issues with open skies will only a few days at most, if it happens at all, which I doubt.

Thanks holiday, thought it couldn't be one of the budget airlines.

Off to that part of Spain very shortly for our autumn/winter escape. We usually drive down via France but sometime do a cheeky fortnight or 3 weeks Bristol -Alicante. Would love to fly to Almeria but we usually get a lift to Bristol so we put up with the drive at the other end. Have Xmas flights back to UK £90 return for both of us.Smile
