That Reading house on the river is 2mil?? I know you’re paying for the land etc, but the house looks like a fancy shed from the outside. It looks leftover from one of those depressing property programmes about millennials who build a ‘house’ for 10k in their parents garden.

Well, you can't buy taste! The glass flat and the early 80s house with the green kitchen and shell bath I've seen before. That blue house also benefits from a hideous sauna-like orange pine panelled room! I think the industrial bathroom is someone's idea of witty...
