A family friend was on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, he won £250,000! It completely changed his life, before then he was barely scratching a living running his own very niche business.

Colleague has just auditioned for a new one presented by Dan Walker(?). Fully expenses trip to Glasgow but someone 'took' her money

DD's same friend was on 'take me out' before being on Love Island

She's doing ok off the back of LI

I believe it's called Chase the Case, I remember them looking for contestants. I like Dan Walker, he does BBC Breakfast and football things.

BiL was on Child’s Play when he was 6. DH was filmed, but didn’t make the final cut!

I would love to do supermarket sweep. Sometimes I have to stop myself playing it when I am doing my shopping.

I wish DP and his friend would do pointless, they’d have a really good chance of winning! I’m alright but would have big gaps in knowledge on sport questions.

I would do catchphrase but I’m not confident enough to go on TV!

Did anyone see the awful contestant on the chase yesterday? She completely fucked it up, I would be so mortified if I did that!

DH was on a game show called First Class when he was 15, with Debbie Greenwood he has some excellent anecdotes, he never lived it down at School...

My friend went on Fun House and loved it!

Fun House was epic, but I wouldn't have coped with the gungy bits. Always wanted to have a go on the go karts though.

I always liked Finders Keepers too. I'm very tidy but I'd have loved to just trash a house and throw everything around like that.

My youngest son was on countdown and had a fabulous time. My nephews wife won an epusode of take me out years ago and said they hardly got to spend any time together

Someone I know was. (Can't remember which one ). He didn't do very well, but he said it was such an interesting thing to do - the way it is filmed, the way they put you up in a hotel and you don't know when your episode will be filmed then you have to wear a different shirt and pretend you've come back the next day, etc.
So not a big winner like some above, but such an interesting thing to do.

Can't believe I forgot but I know a couple who did Couples Come Dine With Me (and won) and my brother was on Dinner Date! He was one of the three that had to cook and then he got chosen
