I don't believe that story for a second. I wouldn't be surprised if it was spin made up by CC to make KP look bad and PA innocent.

I have always admired Katie Price (apart from her shit taste in men, bless her). I remember when KP and Kerry whatsit were in I'm a celeb. I thought they seemed like lovely, genuine young women that had formed a life-long friendship. It showed them both in a very favourable light.

KP has done very well for herself and her kids. I really do hope her husband has sorted his act out but sadly doubt it.

I thought it was because he is clearly a massive twat?

I remember watching their reality show not long before they split and he was just completely vile to her - controlling, dismissive and just an insecure, orange little knob.

I think she's great. I want to be her friend.

I think it's relatively well known in the press (I believe KP has said it herself) that when she left CC, CAN started smear campaign against KP. I believe the court case is about that, and one of the made up stories that CAN allegedly made up is the one about Duncan James. This was allegedly so that KP looked like the bad one and PA would look innocent.

It's a privacy case. KP claims PA and CC leaked her private information to the media for payment.

Hence no publicity. There's a court order to stop reporting of the information until after the trial.
