I'm first - are the rest of you still in bed!

If you enjoy reading or writing short historical version I've got an interview with Sally Bland, editor of Snapshots of History, on my blog

A rather hurried blog post today, as was promoting 'Meat-free Monday' and we are almost in Wednesday already. Also, my pics published backwards. Blush
am going to leave it for now and will tweak tomorrow. [Husband-Gusto and I have had some wine and are about to settle into Great British Bakeoff].

Good night everyone

Hello everyone. I have been pretty slack lately, but the darker evenings should mean more blogging (or eating crap in front of crap tv......)

Anyway, our first taste of Nits!

Here's mine. Been reading some scary comics....

OutrageousFlavourLikeFreesias · 03/10/2012 12:40

Wombat, those before / after pics of the scar are really impressive! Glad to see you're recovering well.

I've posted a free sample from my Critical Reader's Guide to "Fifty Shades Darker", and explained why fifty per cent of my royalties from this e-book will go to Women's Aid.

TheWombat · 03/10/2012 13:13

Heh heh, thank you Outrageous.

No scary (or scar-y) photos today. It's Way of The Dress Wednesday...in which I continue my war against denim...

What do you think of this outfit? Worth swapping the skinnies for?

A post about making children more aware of danger and how to respond. That teaching our children about predatory individuals, should be no different from teaching them about road safety.

Stranger danger

And how its not always a stranger who wishes your child harm.

A long but cathartic post - so needed to get it out of me - about the difficulties of breast feeding after an early induction and c-section. Some angry stuff about maternity wards and post-natal care but despite a horrid start we made it to 15 months - whoop, whoop - by when I have to confess I wanted my boobs back!

...breast feeding...
