I think I'm the first - birthday party avoidance - I should be icing fairy cakes but instead, simple summer soup and yummy tomato tart

Hurrah, Friday's post is finally up whilst it's still Friday. Labour of Love

I can't be the only father who felt utterly useless when the birth finally came. Please tell me I'm not!

Wrote a post and completely forgot to put it on here! This is my answer to a meme all about finding the time to do stuff, thanks Recipe Junkie for the tag!

Of how I find the time to do stuff

If you still need a reason to take up running, have a look at this:

My favourite kind of me-time!

All you need to know about eggshells, Mooncups, bollockcups and dog's ears. Something for all the family.
Unique.

[[http://adiscounttickettoeverywhere.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/r-is-for-rainbow-fish.html# R is for the Rainbow Fish// - I never realised it was such a contraversial book! Do you love it or loathe it?

BlueEyeshadow · 19/05/2012 13:16

Blast, try that link again.

Today I've been thinking about when people tell me I have a good baby.

Have been thinking about my teacher who was killed shortly after he taught us:

I have put together a "storecupboard essentials" blog post here - would love some feeedback as I am sure to have missed something from the list!

yummymummyreally · 19/05/2012 21:55

Blackaffronted just posted on other thread an answer about the url feed in case you haven't sorted it yet. On the subject of your store cupboard post - it did make me smile. I'm not a cook AT ALL, and it's obvious when I see how few of those items I keep in stock!

As for this weeks posts (last minute here, so I hope everyone doesn't disappear to the new thread in an hour or so and abandon me! Sad)

I had a rant about The Oxford Reading Tree Biff and Chip book. (which Mumsnet kindly featured on the blogger homepage - how excited am I! - I nearly dropped my phone when I read that! Grin)

And then tonight I completed my response to ATO Mum's tagging in the How do I find the time Meme.

Enjoy!

BlackAffronted · 20/05/2012 08:58

Thanks yummymummy, finally got my url thingy! thanks for your help.
