I have a cleaner. I check the cleaning after the clean, and micro clean where necessary.

It's a separate property, not a room in my home. So, nothing on a daily basis.

I don't allow children or infants, maximum 2 adults. But my cleaner who works for another host says it happens fairly regularly that kids wet the bed.

There's no noise. Ever. I've been doing this for 10 years, never had a single neighbour complaint. I rent only to a max of two adults and where I live now a lot of these adults are academics visiting the university for work purposes.

I haven't had a message from Airbnb saying this. It wouldn't bother me if they did, as I declare all income and pay taxes due to HMRC.

Why do you use air b n b as a site. Do you advertise elsewhere.

For me that's a double sided question.

We have always self catered in Scotland and I have never ever booked via air. Always tried to go to owner direct.

And on the other side, why do you stay with them? Do you not have enough repeat custom and word of mouth now?
