Yes, because we're not actually meant to hand sauce out like that due to contamination issues and if everyone did it we'd go through so much extra sauce without any related profit.

No. I seethe. You can pull the cups out but they're not designed to be pulled apart and it tends to lead to more mess. Just use an extra cup!

I work the overnight shift in McDonald's - our ice machine is cleaned either monthly or quarterly (u forget which! But I watched the manager do it one night whilst doing the rest of my job obviously!)

Re: the ketchup/brown sauce issue, it wasn't just a one off but 2 days in a row. Too late to change it as it was a takeaway brought home for me both days.
One was correct, mine was not, it is clearly printed on the outside that is was ketchup. If they can read one, why not both? Tastes like Heinz which is something I can't eat due to some kind of shit that is in it. I suppose it might cut through the engine oil flavour of the oil that it tastes of though, probably the hash brown but hard to tell.

I am done with them, we have other options, just sometimes I like something I have seen on TV that looks as if it would be nice, sadly this wasn't it.
