Have just cantered through this (couldn't follow in real time until now) and am absolutely agog.

Wtf was Doyle thinking? And for his giant salary too.

I wonder if it's felt like he's been waking up to the strains of Sonny and Cher the last few days. Though that's going to feel like a walk in the park once he realises how much he's dropped himself and the trust in it.

Can there be much of a future in the NHS for him now? You'd think not, in any other organisation, but it is the NHS....

CM Not from i/x but as CEO from this period ... p2223 fater C has been told of this incident by LB. Request for the matter to be ix and then SAR. Then p2240, this is the email sent 13 September remining points of conduct which I don't need to take through bullet points, these are same as outset of meeting in August. Reminer of standards of behaviour.

CM response to that email is as we see 15th September at bottom minutes prepped at meeting p2242.

CM and prior to Gx nothing 16 Aug 15 September nothing is done?
AD my understanding from reading, I was not involved, I think yes the inappropriate comment was made but then we were into LB talking to C I am not sure there was nothing, that is all I can piece together.

I thought (TT said earlier!) the Judge said 3pm, so that she could have half an hour for questions and someone else, presumably respondent's barrister for reexamination, could also have half an hour.

J I want u (CM) to finish w AD by 3pm so we can have half an hour each for our Qs - I have a few myself. We'll ahve a shorter lunch so be back for 2pm.

AD when I red claim and looked at inpep ix felt right thing to do. What then ensued not what I hoped/ expected. What we got was one complaint from SH and another set from C and Flynn ix by Durant. I take recos to take forward in a new organisation.

I was given assurances workshop was challenging but SG team rebuilding. Culture? The objective measures re appraisals, concerns raised all improving. All things were heading to right direction. I am clear that THIB thing should not have happened.

Personally I think he should be made to stay in that chair until he admits he's a completely incompetent, under qualified, overpaid buffoon who has absolutely no idea what he's doing and agrees to pay back his unearned remuneration for however long he's been in the role. It's no wonder the NHS is in a complete mess with numpties like this in charge.
