Can you give one documented example of a man in a child's bikini being removed from a female changing room in Canada in the last 5 years?

Preferably reported by an approved reporting institution by an approved reporter.

We could also add Canada, where men can self-identify into women's prisons, and when female prisoners ask the Elzabeth Frye society to help them challenge this, the EF people refuse. Because they serve all women, even the male ones.

The underlying issue in Canada is that the law supports self-id. So this guy says he's a woman, he is legally allowed in the women's changing room.

At least, so far that is how the law has been interpreted.

That just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Of course a man in a girl's swimming outfit in women’s changing rooms isn’t outlandish at all.

I haven't minimized women's concerns at all. I think the idea of this happening in Canada is batshit crazy. I know people who work at parks and rec and they take this kind of thing very seriously.
