Slightly alarmed by this statement: "And I try, I think it’s very important, to keep the law up to date so that it fits the needs of society as it develops", which seems to contradict his earlier statement that it's all about clarity and not getting emotionally involved. Keeping the law up-to-date is not at all the same thing as clarifying what the law means as it stands.
