Is this satire or genuinely his life?

Has anyone seen Josh Seiter's instagram account. It came up, and because I watched a video it's showed me a bunch more.

Is he genuinely trans, or is it a piss take? I just watched the safe spaces video and can't imagine anyone believing this!

Apologies in advance if it's a well known spoof account.

Most people suspect he's a troll. He was on some reality TV program or other and desperate for fame.

As I’ve not heard of him before today, is there any background that makes you think it’s satire eg any comedy history or something?

its very difficult sometimes to tell the parody accounts. The genuine ones are bonkers enough as it is.
