Me too. This is pure male rage directed at them. That screenshot upthread wishing violence on them was unhinged.
Even if they are physically safe, all those threats must take their toll psychologically.
I hope the girls are taking a break from social media.
I don't know enough about the situation, but I hope their locations and names are still secure, and they have someone close they can trust while they ride out the media storm.
We've seen how angry these men get and that they have no boundaries. I hope they stay safe.

Haha a (female) relative of mine used to make very good money as a fake transwoman, singing in gay bars in the 80s. I imagine she was quite convincing (she had very strong features, went really ott with clothes and makeup and stuffed a sock down her knickers) but any time she was found out the audience apparently found it hilarious! Sounds like they might not now...

She said she'd tried working as a woman but got a fraction of the jobs and pay! Fair play to these women. Those complaining need to get over themselves ffs

I feel like there was a film with this story, a woman pretending to be a man, pretending to be a woman. Honestly I can see why cos - playing a man who wants to be a woman might feel empowering. It’s as valid as any of the rest of it. Pretty sure there’s plenty of people who are trans for pay.
