I had to look up the term for the first paragraph in bold which summarises or introduces the story. It's called the "lead paragraph", "blurb paragraph", "teaser text" or traditionally in the UK the "standfirst".

I think semibisexual is a sexual orientation for the half-hearted. You’re attracted to both sexes but can only muster a semi for each.
