Elon Musk makes bombshell claim about his transgender child

Musk's position which he has held for a while is made made clear in this Jordan Peterson interview:

Elon Musk makes bombshell claim about his transgender son Xavier and how he was 'tricked': 'It's evil'

Elon Musk spoke out about how he believes he was 'tricked' by the woke mind virus into allowing his child to become a transgender woman.

I think this is the counterpart to the TRA parents who are locked into supporting gender stuff. The parents who have seen through it and are committed to fighting back. Either you go the gender crit route or you back the right.

Musk is now funding Trump's election campaign to 45 million a month.

Interestingly Musk weirdly told JKR off for being too obsessed with women's rights recently.

The interesting thing will be that even though Musk is clearly against gender stuff he like other men with that position he will not really be targeted to the same extent a woman will be. Hardly any TRA will leave X or refuse to admire Musk's various projects. They won't abandon Marvel which put Musk in a movie Iron Man 2 in the same way they want to cancel Harry Potter. Because men get to do what they want.

This is another reason the gender project is increasingly unravelling. They want to stop women saying things, but at the same time they are not as concerned when powerful male dominated groups like Catholicism, Islam or powerful male individuals like Musk or Eminem say similar things.

What a lot of proclamations. I bought mine because I could run the whole thing through my business for free and it had the highest safety rating so I'd feel better with my kids in it. You do you of course.

That's interesting. Thanks.

AlisonDonut · 23/07/2024 10:23

If you take the GnRH drugs for a short period of time, at a young age, to delay puberty then they don't permanently cause sterility. They can however cause massive amounts of other problems. They aren't magic sweeties.

If you take the same GnRH drugs to stop puberty, so that your body does not develop into an adult body, then that comes with sterility.

We need to be clear that the second of those is what Elon is discussing here. Not the first.

Puberty blockers do not cause permanent infertility, that's how.

Source? "That's how" is not particularly convincing in and of itself 😬

PlanetJanette · 23/07/2024 10:17

Wrong. Puberty blockers do not cause permanent infertility.

Stop lying.

Puberty blockers are irreversible and cause permanent infertility.

We know you. We see you. Keep your alternative facts and your mind virus in your sub reddit.

I wasn't familiar with the term mind virus (which sounds a bit out there) but came across it yesterday on the Diary of a CEO podcast with regard to aging.

His guest was making the argument that if we stay active into our 70s then it is only at that point that we really begin to physically slow down. Stephen described our expectation that we are going to experience aging effects before that it as a mind virus, i.e. people assume they will decline, so they are less active, so they cause they lose strength, flexibility, mobility etc. I thought it was an interesting idea.

Sounds as if 'mind virus' is a repackaging of the meme (in the original Dawkins sense).

Your first sentence is just a lie.

That is not true.

As to the rest of your theories - Occams Razor applies here. If you are a trans person, having a transphobic parent is the biggest justification for going no contact you can imagine.

This wasn't Musk saying 'my son is dead and now I have a daughter' - this was 'my son is dead' full stop. Musk's child is alive - she just wants nothing to do with her father and I don't blame her.

Just because Reddit tells gender questioning kids to abandon their parents, rather than getting high quality holistic help to deal with their mental health issues does not make what you are saying true. It in fact makes it part of the mind virus Musk is talking about

Musk's son - is dead. Because of lies, because of grooming, because of queer theory which exists to destroy family structures and break down social norms for some very suspect reasons.

Choosing your car (for those that care what brand they drive) is like choosing your tribe. People who choose Tesla's are aligning themselves with a super- rich American maverick (insert your own description). It's more than owning a csr associated with a bland faceless corporation.

What utter nonsense Confused

Yeah, it's weird how much people hate him when they seem to know so little about what he's actually doing! The paraplegic who received the implant certainly seems happy - I find it absolutely incredible that this is even possible, it feels like sci-fi.

He's single handedly created the electric car market - therefore saving us from petrol

Single handedly reduced the price to orbit by 90%, enabling Humanity to become a multi planet species -essential for our survival

And he's almost single handedly going to fix paraplegics - this is SF and bloody good on him for doing all of this. We need it

veering off topic but anyone who says slowing down before the age of 70 is a mind virus is clearly a (biological) man and has never experienced perimenopause or menopause

The presenter of the podcast who said that is indeed a man. His guest was a woman though, I think she talks about menopause later in the episode (I fell asleep and need to go back and finish it) so I'll pay attention to what she says about that. It was male sporting performance she was giving examples of around the time of the mind virus comment though.

If your child has taken puberty blockers - they are sterilised, permanently.

As for "my child is dead" thats what deadnaming means. He said is son, Xavier, no longer exists, is effectively dead. Thats what this woke madness does to families.

This is literally what queer theory is all about, destroying traditional family boundaries and structure, ultimate aim? There are a lot of theories

This is utter nonsense. You know nothing of this person's fertility, but being on puberty blockers in itself will not have rendered them infertile. That is just incorrect.

What makes you think the rest of the world wants him off Twitter?

Good point, I don't know that. I do hear a lot of people moaning about his Twitter usage (and purchase) but of course many people must enjoy it too. I personally follow his companies as I think what they're achieving is astounding but I don't much care for much of his politics and feel his outspokenness distracts from the good he's doing; many people seem to only know him for his 'controversial' opinions and so hate on his companies without even understanding what they're accomplishing, or why. It makes me sad.

It doesn’t say anything really. It’s possible to dislike Musk’s politics and at the same time want to drive an electric car. Driving an electric car is just that; it doesn’t have to mean “ooh, look at me, aren’t I good?”

@SonicTheHodgeheg thats not what the brain chip is for at all. Amongst other things it's to "address brain injuries or spinal injuries and make up for whatever lost capacity somebody has with a chip."

Yeah, it's weird how much people hate him when they seem to know so little about what he's actually doing! The paraplegic who received the implant certainly seems happy - I find it absolutely incredible that this is even possible, it feels like sci-fi.

This is not true! My son nearly had to take them for early onset puberty but we decided against for various reasons. He would not have been sterile though. Please don't spread bullshit it doesn't help anyone.

Er, he's regularly spotted with his older children and was very often seen with the younger until recently when it's assumed either he or the mothers wanted more privacy for them. He is believed to live with 3 of them and have bi-weekly custody of the others. He was always very visible in the lives of the oldest ones whilst they were growing up and has attended their school events, graduations etc. I have never heard of him openly promoting eugenics, do you have a link? There are three mothers, one of whom he was married to for many years and another who he dated for several years and still spends time with. He is believed to be living with the third. Also, his stance has very garnered him very little praise but rather great condemnation, and has seen him further and further estranged from 'the cool kids' who are almost all entirely devoted to the trans movement.

You seem to have some sort of visceral hatred for the man - he may have some extremely unpalatable views and I (like the rest of the world) wish he would get the hell off Twitter, but he is also a father who lost his first-born as a baby and has now lost his second. The fact that he himself was apparently coerced into enabling it must be unimaginably painful. He appears to have done everything in his power to maintain that relationship, including selling all of his homes and moving into a tiny prefab as this particular child attacked him for being rich; there was an interview with his then-girlfriend (mother to 3 of his children) which made it sound like he had a full-on breakdown where he dismissed his security and refused to spend almost any money at all. The child clearly had/has some deep-rooted issues and I would feel enormous sympathy for any parent encountering this.

He's a union-buster and reportedly is pissed off that he wasn't invited to White House electric vehicle summits and Tesla didn't get access to the infrastructure funding on the same terms as less anti-social producers. Boo-hoo.

You don't think it's a bit off that Tesla wasn't invited to an EV summit when they not only started the movement and forced other manufacturers to move to electric but also considerably outsell every other EV put together? They are also an American company who provide more money and jobs to America than any other. I think not inviting them to an American summit was extremely insulting. They are also bizarrely snubbed for funding, essentially because they're too good. Similar story with SpaceX, whilst they are now far and away the largest rocket company, others including Boeing and Blue Origin receive vastly more money, despite the latter never reaching orbit and the former being years late to deliver one spaceship which finally left on June 5th for an 8 day mission and is still currently stuck at the ISS, its astronauts stranded. It's looking almost certain that a SpaceX ship will have to be dispatched to rescue them. I'm actually amazed that Musk isn't more pissed off, he has every right to be! Whether the Democrats hate success or just hate him, his companies are being treated appallingly.

Interestingly Musk weirdly told JKR off for being too obsessed with women's rights recently.
Gender activism inevitably affects women most and being divorced/having loads of children probably means that he doesn’t think about his trans child as much as if he lived with 2 kids.

There are lots of accounts that post about only one issue- my guess is that JKR’s posts attract the most complaints and he’d rather employ fewer admins on X.
