Why does anyone want to be on the list in the first place? Even before Stonewall's fall from grace it seems like a terrific waste of money.

Didn't see my employer thank god.

Given only a few years ago the MOJ was number 5 and they stick rapists in women's prisons I've always wondered wtf you have to do to reach the top 4.

Do you have to pay to be on this list?

My old employer is on there quite near the top, but my new one isn't at all, though both are high profile organisations and both have trans inclusive policies etc.

Lots of law firms on that list I noticed. I find that a little odd what with the 'Stonewall Law' vs 'Actual Law' thing.

Really surprised to see Victim support on there, if you are a female victim of crime you don't want support from someone who doesn't know what a man and a woman is.

Yuck. My local University is quite high but I know the local council just loves pretty colours and being kind so I'm guessing there's an overspill.

I’ll be avoiding Tesco as much as possible from now on. That seems to be the only company I regularly have contact with.

Isn’t it odd? A decade ago I’d have been looking at these companies favourably - now it’s like a ‘beware’ list.
