Person doesn't change name on Driver's Licence (which is free to do), person has had a year to do this, person moans. This isn't really news

I wouldn't support the return of the death penalty generally but I make an exception for that.

I just want to snap at her the same words my mum did when I was fannying about getting changed at the beach:

"Just get on with it - nobody's looking at you"

Except that would probably make her feel extremely unsafe.

Well, to quote the article "Why haven't you updated your legal documents?'. The suggested reason is cost, but that is the same for everyone, and in any case she could apply for the free voter id. So no excuse really.

Well, if they haven't got Voter ID they won't be able to. Have they not heard of a postal vote?
