Trans identified man sues McDonalds for being denied access to women’s changing rooms

This man had not even discussed his social "transition" with his employer, he had just started to use the women's changing room without asking or discussing it. He is also legally male and was at the time too. Women should not have to deal with these men who just decide they can use women's facilities and waltz in expecting women to be bit part players in their main character life.

From reading the article, McDonalds may have some difficulty defending this because they offered compensation at an earlier stage of negotiations, which could be taken as an admission of liability. No idea if that's actually possible, or just bluster from this chap's lawyer.

Gosh, I'd love it if men were the ones to lead the charge on that. Let's face it, they're less likely overall to "be kind" and more likely to say what they see.
