Yes you could, but who's privacy? The men in men's clothes or the men in women's clothes? It seems very unlikely that biological women would venture into mens/unisex spaces.

While males aren't threatened by females in an equivalent way, you could still argue for the importance of privacy.

They really need to start making all mens changing rooms and toilets unisex/non binary. It's the only way to offer everyone a facility and to keep women and girls safe.

I think there are a range of reasons for people wanting to transition. But too many male to female wannabes have fetishised femininity and for them it's all part of a sexual kick - and therefore threatening to women. No, Muslim women’s beliefs are not regarded as being of any consequence, but even though I am not Muslim, I absolutely cannot bear lack of privacy from men and not having that respected. It is a deep rooted visceral feeling on my part and I am sure many other’s.
