Well, they do have a cervix, like all vertebraes do, up in their neck. The cervical part of their spines.

Trans women do not have a cervix between the vagina and the uterus though, because they are men and so do not have a vagina or a uterus. Or fallopian tubes. Or a clitoris. Or anything that is a female sexual organ. Because they are male.
That is just how it is.
Nothing of what I have stated here is ‘hate-speech’ or any such nonsense, it is all just biological facts.

Could it be that he thinks an inverted penis is literally just that? Inside out and filling removed, obviously, so the foreskin is relocated to the far end of the surgically constructed tube? Does he think the foreskin gets a new identity, too? Can an adult really be that stupid? No need to answer that last question....

I never did work out what he was on about but it was very clear he didn’t know what a cervix was.
