I listened to some of that.

"We must respect trans identified people" and "We must respect women's need for single sex spaces".

How exactly do you give men who say they are women what they want, AND at the same time give women what they need? How? Smarmy "respect" oozing from every pore but no answer to the dilemma of our time.

I think you have to assume the worst. They’ll amend the EQA and GRA in such a way to make it compatible with Self ID and the Scottish GRR; then the Scots will re-pass the GRR (or they won’t have to as U.K.-wide law will be close to what they ultimately wish.)

This, with some ineffectual nods to women's prisons and sports, to keep the T**fy amongst us quiet.

Load of waffle from Labour as per. The can’t give a clear answer because there is no clear way to allow men to become legally women and then still protect women’s rights, spaces and freedoms. It’s the Keir Starmer equivalent of Boris Johnson’s Cake-ist policy on the EU Single Market 🤷‍♀️

Can someone explain to me how single ‘biological’ sex spaces can be provided if all records of sex identity - passport, driving licence, birth certificate, etc, can be legally falsified?

How can you prove it? Do they want the ‘genital checks’ at the door?
