I'll need to look back on Hansard at what was said before I started watching but a particularly memorable moment was Wes Streeting making lots of sense (although he did say "trans child" near the end) about the importance of the report and Anneliese Dodds nodding along.
Swiftly followed by Victoria Atkins welcoming people who had changed their minds and hoping that they had the good grace to recognise the hurt that they had caused, including to women in their own party.
She also spoke about the hurt of parents of children and young people.
Lots of use of the word watershed and a very clear articulation of the scale of harm. I don't think I heard the word scandal to describe it but it was described pretty much as such.
