The worst thing about JKR is that I'm living my life 'chasing the dragon' as it were to find a crime series that's as good as the Robin series. In that sense I urge her to stop tweeting and get on with the next one.

Love Fred Sergeant’s response to him. I also suspect after the day the “journalist”had on X yesterday, he had had more than one. He’s a laughing stock and in true fashion got nasty when embarrassed publicly.

There’s that school of thought about all publicity being good publicity but I subscribe to the bad optics way of thinking. This whole affair has made Byline look ridiculous. Caolan effing and jeffing at JKR on X is not justifiable and he needs to learn a lot. I’d be recommending he lay low for a while or possibly trying to make him an offer of parting ways.
Seems too hot-headed to me or unable to control impulses after a few drinks.

There’s a load of whiny crud accompanying it in his latest posting of the clip though along the lines of, “I used to love ya,” aimed at JKR.🙄

I can't be arsed to screenshot it all, but Peter Jukes who runs Byline just had his phone stolen in the street. It appears he was looking at the above tweets when it happened. I'm sorry he had his phone nicked but in the thread he's sympathising with the poor lad because of all the 'pile ons' from the likes of JK and Elon Musk.
I had no idea Byline Times were such a bunch of clowns, no idea.

You seem to have gone off the rails. So, take yourself back from the cliff edge, realise that calling someone a man who is clearly a woman, is not something Community Notes should support, and let’s all move on.
