I'm so sorry for you, that you were forced through such a terrible experience, at the hands of a vile bastard.

ArabellaScott · 08/03/2024 16:09

agent765, I'm sending you all my very best.

Helleofabore · 08/03/2024 16:03

agent765 · 08/03/2024 15:43

I do.

I was groomed, sexually assaulted and raped by him.

So the Ministry Of Justice and the Office of National Statistices aren't credible sources for you?

How many women who disagree with Swamphag are men? There is only one logical answer to that. Women are not men. Men are not women. The blurring of reality soon leads to incoherent reasoning and nonsensical statements such as “Not every woman who disagrees with you is a man."

Edited

Nothing you said here makes sense.

I said that not every woman who disagrees with you is a man. It's a simple statement, referencing the fact that on this forum, every time a trans inclusive feminist woman posts, she is accused of being a man. I think you totally misunderstood my post.

Not every woman who disagrees with you is a man. Why do so many on this forum find that so difficult to comprehend?

Ooh ooh are we at that point of the thread already where anyone with a different opinion is a man?! 😂
Didn't take long this time

As Mumsnet regularly remind us - not everyone is who they claim to be on the internet.
When women on this forum see posters displaying an open contempt for women on here calling them transphobes and anti trans we assume they're anti women.
Posters displaying an open ignorance of safeguarding children and disrespect for women wanting boundaries tend to be men
Posters arguing that we're not in favour of removing prisons (for rapists, paedophiles and murderers) tend to be men
Posters using extreme transactivist arguments tend to be MRAs.

We have no way of being certain about their sex, but what we do know is when someone shows us who they are via contempt, hostility and demands to remove safeguarding from children and women - we should recognise the risks they pose to others,

Not every woman who disagrees with you is a man. Why do so many on this forum find that so difficult to comprehend?

Of my entire network of family and friends I know one woman with gender critical views. (I cut her out of my life in the end, though that wasn't the only reason.) Anti trans views are common, but anti trans feminists are exceedingly rare. So it's hardly surprising that a lot of women disagree with the ideas expressed on this thread.

Edited to add: I personally don't believe that gender critical feminism is actually feminism, but I'm talking about self identified feminists who are gender critical.

Conflation of "pro women" and "anti trans"(the latter of which I don't actually see much off around here,or generally actually) is another lazy tactic, that doesn't reflect the debate

Feminists who aren't penis enablers at the expense of women and children are really rare?

Bloody hell. Yes dear. Of course they are.

MrsOvertonsWindow · 08/03/2024 15:48

Oh, I thought you'd left the thread. How weird. But since you're back:
Apologies for assuming you were a bloke it's just whenever I see people dismissing safeguarding the way you do, I assume they must get something out of it personally. And we all know who benefits don't we?
Always surprised at women who throw their own sex under the bus for head pats. But, you do you.
Pretty sure you know more than one GC friend though because most people know what's what.

Beowulfa · 07/03/2024 16:02

I don't remember ever being alone in a room with a male "family friend" as a child/teen. I just can't imagine how such a situation arises.

I do.

I was groomed, sexually assaulted and raped by him.

Peskysquirrel · 08/03/2024 15:34

I dunno. Maybe because it's really hard to comprehend why some women seem so happy to throw other women under the bus.

It's one thing to realise that men (as a class, not individuals) are against us, but quite another to realise the extent of misogyny within some women.

If my boy says to me, "I'm not going for a haircut because I'm a girl", I will struggle to respond with anything other than "Your cock and balls say otherwise, please hurry up".

I like your no nonsense approach.

Once again, thank you to the FWR stalwarts for their patience in continually fighting the fight against those who show up to minimise safeguarding concerns. It's so valuable for the curious lurkers on this thread who wonder what all the fuss is about.
💐to you all. That derailer was right - you must be exhausted, just not in the way they (I'm going to go out on a limb and guess its actually a he) meant

Holy fuck that's creepy.

Why is an unrelated adult alone with that kid in a bedroom, dressed in a way that acts out sexual proclivities, and discussing very private aspects of emotional and sexual development?

That the gender activists on this thread like this scenario tells you everything you need to know about them.
