Would it be straight to jail or would the starting point be more lenient with re-education for first offenders and jail only reserved for the very very naughty women who repeatedly refuse to cooperate. Perhaps they would show leniency for rape victims who accidentally assumed their rapist was male so long as they get it right by the time it’s heard in court. Those poor rapists really find it very difficult indeed when they are mercilessly misgendered.

It’s pretty straightforward. Owen Jones says he believes that men who claim to be women are actually women. He also says he believes that men who claim to be women should be entitled to compete in women’s sporting events. He also calls women who disagree with him TERFs and transphobes. He also says that men who claim to be women are a sub category of women in the same way that black women are a sub category of women. This is all pretty misogynistic and in the last case a bit racist to boot.
