I am really fucking tired of stating that the law states we have sex based rights and we need to be aware of this, only to be told that is irrelevant and that in all situations the feelings and yes, fears of women are not important, that gender and sex are used interchangably and are the sex thing and if you question the lack of balance, impact of assessment involving ALL vested interest parties or even slightly suggest that priority should not be given to trans people at all times this produces the scream of TRRRAAANNNSSSSPPPPHHHOOOBBIIIAAA.

There is literally nothing to gender identity ideology. It falls down at the slightest scrutiny. I'm glad we are now able to question it in the media somewhat, but as you say it is always framed as "anti trans" as if, instead of safeguarding the rights of women and girls, a group of mean women decided to attack "trans people's" rights for fun, while a full, coherent definition of either "trans" or an explanation of what rights they think they don't have and should is almost never given.

Women have to put up with the most heinous crimes of men being attributed to us and gaslighted about it, such as Scarlet Blake, an MTF who livestreamed the torture and murder of a cat to his partner (also MTF) and then murdered a strange man he met in the street, these men are both called "women" in certain media outlets, with some grudging additions later of the word "transgender" which is obfuscatory and confusing.

No where in this dialogue are women's rights considerate legitimate never mind worthy of respect. You see it constantly in headlines where women's rights campaigners wanting to uphold THEIR EXISTING RIGHTS are framed as anti-trans.

The whole thing is about women should be subservient to males.

Either you think women need and should have sex based rights that don't include penises or you are a sexist wanker who think theres 'a grey area'. No really there isn't because if you do, youve just undermined biological sex in law and the ability of the law to functioning in practice to protect women along the lines of biological sex.

By all means have a gender identity, but understand its quasi religious in nature, no one else should be forced to adhere to it too and have legal protections for it based on something definable and workable thats not at the expense of sex based rights.

Its not about purity spirals or fucking 'politeness'. Its about coherence and workable law.
