Where is the "no we don't have a ramp, why are you being so awkward" flag?

Yes like when I'm 'encouraged' to wear a pride lanyard to students know I'm safe to be around (don't get me started on how offensive that it is) - and I ask where is the lanyard for our students who can't access our buildings. There is always silence at that point because making buildings accessible takes money but wearing the pride lanyard is performative nonsense but free

I wonder why these companies always bend over backwards to be inclusive of identities which must cost them very little, yet stay silent when it comes to inclusion of disabilities. Funny that Hmm

We want everyone to be their true selves and feel comfortable ‘being you’. That’s whether you work for us, travel with us or are part of the diverse communities we serve.

Excellent! The one thing you can do to help my identity feel valid is run your trains on time for a reasonable price.
