This is important. A canvasser for the Labour Party doorstepped us over the weekend. She was unmoved by my explanation as to why I won't vote for Labour. All she wanted to know is "would I vote Tory instead?"

It does seem that Labour are worried that enough of us unspeakables could damage their working majority if we transfer our (protest) vote to the Tories instead of wasting it. So perhaps we should make it clear to their monitors that it will be when, not if.

Because they are having surgical intervention to make the outer body appear to resemble the gender they identify as.

They are not changing sex because, well, that's not possible. So they remain the sex they were when they were born with a slightly modified body.

Thankfully the main reason for the low number of surgeries taking place is the lack of clinicians willing to do it in this country.
