Claiming constructive dismissal for GC beliefs.

ERCC CEO is a well known transwoman know for controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

DH: As service manager to what extent were you aware of su inquiries c gi of AB.

KT This was a su being supported by a sw and asking the sw if they were a tw and wanting info c their gi.

DH: Did this concern a sw other than AB?

KT yes

DH how many nb-id sw were there in the service

The gender identity of a support worker other than AB had also been a question raised by a service user.

I can't get my head around the lack of empathy, compassion or even basic understanding of rape and trauma and boundary violation that means that staff would expect their service users to engage in these games. It's boggling.

Mention you want video access, otherwise they'll email you to ask if you want video or attending in person access.

They'll send you an email with a link and a code and with 2 pdfs, one for watching on computer, one for tablets and phones.

I have chaired quite a few grievances in my time, over the last 5 years it seems the nature of them have shifted. Lots more focused around protected characteristics. It makes understanding the law and process even more important.

KT I typed as close an account of the conversations as I cd into word doc and shared with both parties for them to agree to the record. That final doc went to Nico to be part of investigation.

DH: Who would you have shown notes

KT only Nico as investigating officer and person interviewed. No one else.
