If you're a transwoman and genuinely think you are a woman, you presumably claim to know women think. Therefore, you should be perfectly aware that the vast majority of women do not want male-bodied people in women-only spaces, and you should support this, because after all, you're a woman and you're on their side. However, you also know that you are a male-bodied person, so you must know that you are not the same as those women and you have no place in these spaces.

It just makes no sense.

I remember catching a story from the states a few years ago about a young girl who sued her school because she wasn't allowed to get changed with the boys. I think this is it

The school even built a changing room just for her. But it wasn't good enough.

If NY already allow men to self id into women's prisons then this guy will win. Although he may not get $22m.

This individual isn't trying very hard! No surgery, hardly any make up, no headscarf or modest dress for the Muslim aspect. Pink leggings and that's it. Not even trying to tuck.

let's not forget there is no concept of gender in the islamic faith... only biological sex

and men are forbidden from wearing these kinds of clothes which are not far from actually flashing.

So the ferry company has changed the signage, but says male and female toilets “remain separate”. What does that mean ? I suspect Condor has put those pathetic multiarrowed signs on the toilet doors, but kept the original signage, so trans women with a penis - even when not wearing their wig like Ms Bisson- will use the womens toilets, and men will continue to use the mens toilets.

I wonder if the company has more female customers than trans women customers, and if those female customers will like sharing their toilets with seat pissing men?

A successful 22mil won't half concentrate the mind of legislators.

And yes, it looks like the wheel is slowly rolling. So insurers are going - crap. Quick. Label everything neutral so that women can't sue us for being assaulted and men can't sue us for not being able to get their kit out in front of women. Because that's the first big issue.

And then it'll dawn slowly that crap, now a LOT of women are excluded from public places and public life, which their taxes are funding but they can't use, and it's particularly affecting vulnerable marginalised women which looks really bad in the PR and against claims of managing to be a decent politician, and sexual assaults against women (on an oddly biological basis) in these places have rocketed and they've become unsafe to use, women are getting really pissed off about this, and double crap they still have the vote .

And we'll re invent single sex spaces.

I thought men were pretty much self id-ing into women's spaces already in a lot of America states, there have been rapes and other sexual assaults, some pregnancies. I thought NY was one of them. If that's the situation there, then he probably does have a case.
