It’s not true that there is no evidence that biological men have an advantage in sport over women.

The world is awash with evidence. I give you the world records as a clear quantitative example of the abundance of evidence that your single paper is ignoring.

Yes!!!!! The news today is so positive!

Sportswomen need to feel empowered to take a stand. No biological men in women's sports, with no exceptions.

Except it is a bit of a pyrrhic victory.

She is a sportswomen who now can't compete in her own sport. She has to withdraw because a man is allowed to compete in a female category and it isn't safe. One of these two should have bowed out gracefully in recognition that this could never be a safe fight. And it isn't her. So women are still losing out to male entitlement and invasion of female spaces.

is this a win?

Look, Paola, presumably you think woman or man is something involving inner perception. Good for you, if you can manage to hold that as a consistent belief and definition. But the definition based on body and reproductive set-up is a much clearer and more consistent one, and is what affects sporting ability.
