Just noticed on the Times birthday list that it is her birthday today (on All Saints's Day too).
Happy Birthday Sharron and thank you for everything you're doing for women and women's sport.

Happy Birthday Sharron! She's an absolutely legend. Her book is in my 'to read' list. I did start it but it had a bad effect on my blood pressure so am waiting for a little bit to continue....

My daughter does a lot of sports and I volunteer a lot and I won't volunteer or pay money for any sport that allows boys to unsafely compete against her or adult males to self ID as female coaches. Safeguarding for girls in sport should be first and I'm very thankful for Sharron for standing up for my daughters so they can compete fairly and safely.
