Just seen this .but sad to see it's still not over.

I'm delighted to have received notification from the CPS via Surrey Police that following my arrest in October 2022 and then again in April 2023, I will not be prosecuted for either malicious communications or harassment.

The CPS consider that the evidential test has not been met.

I am however still being sued for "misuse of private information" and I am very well aware that the complainant will inevitably exercise their right to review the CPS decision so I will say no more, at this stage.

I’m sure you can find the relevant KF thread and find out for yourself.

I don't visit hate sites as mentioned above.

Could you kindly present your evidence here? Do you have a news article or court records or similar?

Stephannee · 28/10/2023 22:12

SpiderMaan · 28/10/2023 22:06

Why don’t you take your own advice and apply it to KiwiFarms.

Kiwifarms is a violent anti-LGBT hate site responsible for suicides and stalking and harassment of LGBT people. It has been banned from Cloudflare and numerous others based on threat to safety. The latest court case mentioned in above link be the final nail in its coffin.

If a kiwifarms user signed up to reddit they wouldn't last until the end of the day before being perma banned.

That's why I post on reddit and not the other one.

I can't speak for the hundreds of thousands of users on those subs, and I don't really need to know who "does" who. Why not go over and ask them for yourself?

What do you mean by receipts exactly?

@Worriedmum159 sometimes if a thread gets derailed enough it gets deleted. Ask yourself who wins from that. Then scroll past.

Even a week later I still have a big grin on my face for Caroline. I know it's not all over but a substantial part is imo. I hope the rest is over soon Flowers

Tbh, I can’t even remember what I posted there. I can happily scroll on by unless I feel personally invested. Maybe that’s what happened there. ¯\(ツ)/¯

There might be a reason why Fong-Jones would like to take out Kiwifarms. The Farmers tend to be diligent on keeping receipts.

Sometimes on internet forums people post to get reactions and people can't help giving them.

Scroll past if it's not worthy of your energy.

But you appear like lightning any time rotten horrible female people are implying that homosexuality means not doing men with the right words and inner feels?

I notice these things. Having been focused for 30 years on living my own life and having my own sexuality and being proud of it vilely annoying men by denying them access to my vag.

Stephannee · 28/10/2023 19:43

Froodwithatowel · 28/10/2023 19:39

Ooh what'll you bet that when you say 'talking about their homosexuality in a 'civilised manner' (JFC.....)

You actually mean that they call themselves homosexual while doing men and bisexuality. Nicely.

Your homophobia is quite incredible. Do go on.

nothingcomestonothing · 28/10/2023 19:39

Some of the posts I reported on there resulted in the posters receiving permanent bans from reddit.

I'm not sure that proves what you think it proves....

Where would you like actual homosexual female people to talk about their homosexuality and the issues of the onslaught of trying to be homosexual and to have any groups or spaces where male people and their supporters from the TQ+ political lobby aren't accusing them of only wanting to annoy males?

Or don't you think homosexuality is an actual thing and it's just yet another annoying way of a woman being mean to male people?

Edited

If you mean on reddit, I just did a quick search and found these amongst others.

https://www.reddit.com/r/LesbianActually/ 239k members

https://www.reddit.com/r/actuallesbians/ 486k members

https://www.reddit.com/r/lgbt/ 1.1 million members

These subs are all in the top 1% most popular on reddit.

A quick look through them I see people talking about their homosexuality in a very civilised manner, which may explain why they became very popular and established subs instead of lasting a week before being banned.

@nothingcomestonothing Re Reddit, I've seen people claim that Reddit won't tolerate hate, which is laughable.

Anyway, nowt to do with Caroline. I'm sure Aunt Germaine will have relevant updates...

There are concerning aspects to Reddit too, you after Reddit and all its users getting cancelled/silenced/re-educated?

Re the screenshot's claim that "female only lesbian subs" were being banned, were they really actual "lesbian subs" or were they just "gender critical" subs in disguise to talk negatively about trans people?

There was a recent so-called "reddit experiment" mentioned on here where a sub was set up that lasted a short time before being banned, I forget what it was called. The title suggested it was for lesbians but just about every thread on there was talking about trans people in a very derogatory, hateful and abusive manner. Some of the posts I reported on there resulted in the posters receiving permanent bans from reddit.

So, that may actually answer that claim. Noone is fooled if you try to dress up transphobia as "a sub for lesbians" if every single post is about trans people.

The claim made in the screenshot is also misleading as Reddit has plenty of active women-only, feminist and LGBT subs. Reddit just won't stand for hate which includes homophobia or transphobia.

Perhaps Kiwi Farms is just really, really popular?

JanesLittleGirl · 26/10/2023 21:23

Be reasonable. They just happened to follow the same breadcrumbs.
