It's not even just the comment about the waxing (which is horrible) it's the standing around at a distance staring at the poor woman like she's a specimen they are examining, totally ignoring her as a person and not offering her any encouragement or support. The entire thing is utterly dehumanising.
To top it off with - well you grew us a baby and are now going to give it to us but why didn't you make yourself look pretty for us whilst you were heavily pregnant is just vile. Apparently it doesn't matter if the male gaze is gay, women are still there to provide babies and something pretty to look at.
