Oh, is this Stephannee talking over women and telling them that regardless of wha they actually said they really meant something completely different?

🤔

HootyMcBooby76 · 18/10/2023 20:01

Prove that gender exists in an objectifiable, measurable, repeatable and scientific way.

Prove it.

You can't, because it's made up hogwash of the highest order.

On the other hand, I can prove that sex exists in an objectifiable, measurable, repeatable and scientific way.
Because it exists and it is real.

Don't get angry now.

TinaYouFatLard · 18/10/2023 19:11

It might surprise you to learn amongst the general population women are actually more supportive of trans rights than men are.

What are women, Stephonknee?

RufustheFactualReindeer · 18/10/2023 18:45

Trans rights activist is exactly what it says on the tin…whatever the definition of rights is

a womans rights activist is also self explanatory

i have no idea what a gender critical activist is 😳

its a bit schoolyard really

It will be remarkable to see what this poster answers Margot because most posters on this board and most feminists would say that they support trans people's rights to not be negatively discriminated against and to be safeguarded, and where a conflict in trans people's rights and those for all female people occur then an equitable solution needs to be found.

It is yet another example of this poster having no real understanding of the discussions on this board that they think this is some kind of 'gotcha'. It is actually laughable that they are so confident in what they plop down.

Well I would agree with that so I guess that makes me supportive of trans rights.

I don't agree that trans rights should come at the expense of women's rights and I doubt most other women do either.

No, you mean people with gender critical beliefs such as Graham Linehan for example whom is a significant public figure amongst GCAs.

It might surprise you to learn amongst the general population women are actually more supportive of trans rights than men are.

What does "supportive of trans rights" mean?

mentalhealthq · 18/10/2023 17:50

Stephannee · 18/10/2023 17:14

"What the fuck is a "gender critical activist"

What the fuck is a "TRA"? Someone who has differing views than a GRA?

A trans rights activist is someone fighting for trans people to have, and keep, rights that no other group has, at the expense of women.

A "gender critical activist" isn't really a thing. There is just an increasing number of women saying no.

Helleofabore · 18/10/2023 17:28

Stephannee · 18/10/2023 17:14

"What the fuck is a "gender critical activist"

What the fuck is a "TRA"? Someone who has differing views than a GRA?

Again, you seem to be lost in trying to 'gotcha' posters that you don't understand the significance of the question.

I repeat, that you have had the term 'gender critical' explained to you. That you cannot understand that readers of this thread have read and likely understand that you are using a meaningless term is not something that anyone should have to explain again.

And not even that.... "Someone who has differing views than a GRA"? Seriously? This is pure gold.

There are a huge number of people who are neither. Annexing their opinions and their energies is a bit much really. But way to try to spread misinformation that has absolutely no basis in reality. You are doing really well here, keep on going!

Reader's note: This is a great example of the 'all or nothing' style of argument that we often see. It is absolutist and doesn't reflect reality at all. No, people who don't agree that gender stereotypes and gendered roles should be prioritised in law and policy are not automatically 'trans rights activists' at all. No matter how some people would really like this to be true.

By "women" you mean gender critical activists, right?

This includes males too such as glinner and the far right American middle-aged men who lost their minds over a can of beer.

What the fuck is a "gender critical activist" when it's at home?
I'm not an activist by any stretch of the imagination, I'm simply a woman calling out absolute bullshit.
And a believer in biology.

Actually, scratch that, biology is not a belief, it is a FACT that neither you nor those whom you are so desperate to validate, can change.

Also, gender is a pile of dogshit, made up bollocks.
There is only biological sex. Everything else is just personality.

Discussing reality and calling out bullshite does not make one "an activist".

Helleofabore · 18/10/2023 17:08

Stephannee · 18/10/2023 17:01

"And again with the use of 'gender critical activists' being used to demonise feminists."

If you dislike it then why do posters here insist on using "TRA" for anyone who has a different view?

Again, this has been explained to you. You are misusing a term that you don't seem to even fucking understand.

"It might surprise you to learn amongst the general population women are actually more supportive of trans rights than men are."

Women? Or female people?

So, on one hand you are now leveraging the biological sex of a group of humans while using that leverage to uphold the erasure of the boundaries of that group.

Do you actually understand what you are doing? Can you apply critical thinking here? Or are you either so determined to demonise and shame female people that you are not able to apply critical thinking or you are not strong on critical thinking.

Doesn't matter either way. The result is the same.

No. This is YOU continuing to use a now meaningless term to demonise feminists. This was explained to you by several posters pages back.

You can try all you like to bring people who are not feminists into these threads but readers can see what you are motivated by. Your own misogyny. It is clear with each and every post.

Keep on posting here Steph, you are not convincing anyone of any of the things you are attempting to on FWR. But you ARE posting such enlightening posts. Thank you for the live demonstration that just keeps on giving.

Helleofabore · 18/10/2023 16:05

"Man, woman, whatever"

And here is more of that misogyny!

No. It is very important to know that this male individual is indeed male and has not changed sex yet has taken female people's opportunities and been celebrated, even by the fucking US president, as being a female.

And oh gosh.... women are discussing how misogynistic a male individual is, who earns a great deal of money and is a public and celebrated figure without permission from other male people! Glory be!

Oh dear... my shaming attempts have fallen on deaf ears, let me pivot and shame women for discussing public figures on a public forum. Oh dear, oh dear! Not sure you could shine any more light on your contempt for all female people on the threads you contribute to.

Helleofabore · 18/10/2023 15:57

The purpose of this thread? What is it to you what women discuss? Do you go around monitoring what women discuss on a daily basis?

Does your misogyny know no bounds?

fedupandstuck · 18/10/2023 15:56

So, a long winded way of saying "shut up wimms!".

Mulvaney is a public figure courting attention and publicity. Do you go on all the threads about public figures and tell them the thread is pointless as the particular person won't ever read it? Hmm.

Women are allowed to chat about public figures on a chat site. Suck it up, @Stephannee

Stephannee · 18/10/2023 15:50

HootyMcBooby76 · 18/10/2023 13:31

THAT'S what you issue is? The "misgendering"?
Never mind that fat that this MAN has taken the utter piss out of women for years, has stolen awards, promotions and sponsorships that should have rightly gone to a female, has a YouTube channel that serves to indoctrinate teens and vulnerable people into the trans ideology, and is a general attention seeking wanker.

No.....YOU'RE issue is that we have rightly sexed this person.

Ricky Gervais joke about "HER penis, you bigot" when talking about the woman's fear of being raped, is not even a joke any more.
Seriously, give your head a wobble.

Who cares what utter knobs these people are, as long as we pretend that they are the opposite sex right?

This is a MAN, grifting hard, and ripping the piss out of women.
A MAN.

All the live long day.

Man, woman, whatever.

What is the purpose of this thread anyway? A lot of posters here are spending a lot of time and energy talking about Dylan Mulvaney whom I presume doesn't post here and has no interest on what people here say?

Are you hoping Dylan will stumble upon this thread and think "gosh, these people don't like me so I better change my life"?
