Because it includes people who aren't women. It's for female and non-binary DJs, and includes people even GC people wouldn't consider to be women.

Then use that language. I've seen all sorts recently:

Women and non-binary people
Women +
Women and gender diverse people.

There's no actual need to pretend women don't exist, even if you aren't GC. WE EXIST, WE'RE HALF THE SODDING POPULATION. I didn't actually mean those caps but I'm leaving them in anyway.

It's so fucking ridiculous 🙄 I am so far over it and down the other side now, I call it out irl and don't worry about what people think of me for doing so. So far, they generally agree with me.

Non men? Defining women as entirely empty of any definition other than not being male?
