She has just tweeted that she is appealing the decision to dismiss her claim against Stonewall in her recent case.

No news on if a garden is needed to be seeded though!

A gin and tonic for both Allison and Ben! 🍸

BernardBlacksMolluscs · 07/07/2023 15:09

I’d have liked her to get more, obviously, but thank heavens GCC got put back in their box on the question of costs. Cheeky fuckers

IcakethereforeIam · 07/07/2023 15:07

What a great start to the weekend. Congratulations Allison.

Redshoeblueshoe · 07/07/2023 15:06

Allison has won £20k in rare cost award, GC has failed completely in its claim against her.

Indeed don't want to lose it in the other news though I suspect that might be what some people on t'other side want

Tippingadvice · 06/07/2023 16:18

That’s ok, I’ve seen the other two so it made me think about Allison.

howdoesatoastermaketoast · 06/07/2023 15:58

No sorry the publication of the ruling Mermaids v LGB Alliance came out just after 10 (yay )

Tribunal tweets starting tweeting the Rachel Mead thing just after 2 I haven't seen anything about the costs yet sorry

howdoesatoastermaketoast · 02/07/2023 21:06

Judgement on the costs is expected on the 6th

@howdoesatoastermaketoast do we know what time today?

howdoesatoastermaketoast · 03/07/2023 01:45

@IcakethereforeIam Right! Thanks of course so it's the decision LGBA vs Mermaids AND the costs wrt Bundlegate. I'd got them muddled together in my head.

IcakethereforeIam · 02/07/2023 23:32

The third thing is the decision on LGBA vs Mermaids.

howdoesatoastermaketoast · 02/07/2023 23:25

@Hoardasurass sorry to be unclear - the LGBA vs. Mermaids costs judgement is on the 6th that is 'next' in my mental model of keep watching for the next exciting episode of "why you're wrong" - I think after that the the social worker tribunal starts I'm not even sure what the third thing is...

SpinCityBlues · 02/07/2023 22:56

It would be strange if the judgements / rulings were to contradict each other.

Although - enlightening about what a mess it has all become. But I'll keep digging for appeal after appeal.

IcakethereforeIam · 02/07/2023 22:53

You wait ages and then three come at once.

Everything crossed.

SpinCityBlues · 02/07/2023 21:32

And Rachel Meade's case starts next week. (Social worker.)

Redshoeblueshoe · 02/07/2023 21:30

So it's another busy week

Hoardasurass · 02/07/2023 21:19

howdoesatoastermaketoast · 02/07/2023 21:06

Judgement on the costs is expected on the 6th

Thanks. If I'm not mistaken that's the day the mermaids/LGBA results come in too

Hoardasurass · 01/07/2023 20:24

Does anyone know when we'll have a result on this latest trial

Manderleyagain · 01/07/2023 20:10

Thanks I must have missed or forgotten that.

Has Allison already been told what the compensation from garden court will be? I realise this hearing is about the legal costs, but did they already do the compensation for the discrimination?

Yes a while ago. I think it was in the region of £25k.

SinnerBoy · 01/07/2023 16:57

It flew into my house a few weeks ago, I managed a rescue. We normally get hedge sparrow fledglings, which don't seem to be upset by being rescued.
