Honestly what would you think of sisters both with gem stone names?

Honest opinions guys what would you think of sisters with gem names along the lines of pearl and jade or Ruby and Amber?

Not Amethyst and Sapphire.

Sorry for posting in 30 days it’s so there’s no digital footprint of anyone saying it’s shit 😂

I knew sisters once who were all share of red, Poppy, Scarlett and Ruby. Gemstones is not a bad theme!

Feels a bit too much for me, I would expect people to judge too much (which I dont condone but we know it happens and I don’t want my kids to be collateral just to prove a point)

I already have a little girl called Ruby(so wouldn’t be twins) so was just trying to gauge whether anyone would give “Ruby and pearl” or “Ruby and Jade” another thought

My grandad had three sisters who all had flower names - admittedly this was in the 1880s, but I think it’s lovely

its not gem names per se that I mind but the idea that all the names in a family have to fit a theme.....like naming a kitter of puppies

It’s not that I want them to fit a theme it’s more that I just love all those names individually

That's funny. Tbf I've yet to hear anyone sing/cover it give it the justice it deserves other than the great Elkie ❤️
