Please post your scan dates etc

NC = New Claim
MR = Mandatory Reconsideration
SC = Scan Date

I think this 100%. Same as when someone says they have got it with no evidence etc especially recently.. just feels like rage bait. I’ve come across some messages also saying children can’t mask etc.. definitely think some people on Facebook are just trying to annoy us all while we are stressing. The Facebook group annoys me that mods stop conversations so quick and turn off comments lol xx

I was wondering if it would be next year when I’d hear something. Just based on the 25 weeks thing. I sent over 10 different pieces of professional evidence, AND I’m still doubting that my child will be awarded anything 😢 It’s taken years to get to this point.

do you mind if I ask why your doubting if you have that much evidence? I don’t know if I’m being really naive here which is why I’m asking but we got told to apply even without a diagnosis because it was about the child’s needs and we just needed to articulate it. I don’t know if I should be a lot more concerned now.

I’ve been watching dates since May and do see the odd really fast one. They never say if it’s under a special circumstance though, like a terminally ill child as they do get processed faster, so it could be something like that.
They seem to be good at messing up dates. My MR was submitted 6/7 but when I called last week the lady on the phone said it was on the system as 20/7 and she couldn’t find why so she corrected it. Had my statement of reasons through for my other child (still haven’t had the decision letter) and it states on there I called and requested it on 12th December! I didn’t realise I could time travel 🤣 xx

It’s me I get so nervous because we’ve had years of being rejected for EHCPs, medical waiting lists etc so it just feels like it’ll be another “No”. I think I just live in a permanent state of being rejected. We have an EHCP and a number of different diagnosis but my brain is still saying it’ll be a “No”.

I was exactly the same. I’d researched how to do MR etc. The drain is this whole process is horrible, when is your scan date? Xx

It’s awful because I’m trying to think positively but we’ve had about 7 years of not being believed.

I’m not entirely sure about scan date. My submission date was 10th August. But my white letter had the 17th August on so somewhere between those two dates. I think?
