Error when posting reply leading to duplicate posts

Error shown when posting (something about making the website a cup of tea, which is also ridiculous), but post is made, as are subsequently attempts to post.

Just got it posting this and when I clicked through to another window and back, the above post is sitting there unposted...

I got the error, but found that it had posted anyway, even though I thought the post had been lost.
