Help us update the acronyms/abbreviations list please

Hello.

It's been pointed out to us a few times now that our Acronyms and abbrevations list needs updating.

So, since you're the ones who really know your AIBUs from your AFAIKs, please tell us what you think should get the chop (if anything) and what needs adding.

I've been loitering on pregnancy and childbirth recently so my additions would be
MW - midwife
EMCS - emergency c-section
ELCS - elective c-section
as they come up a lot - but are quite obvious
and FWIW I thought BUMP was an acronym as well as a word - I've seen it on another list

Never seen BC, BRB or WB used on here.

Need to add: NAK. Took me ages to work that one out, I had to google it in the end.
