Hmmm.

I did start to type various things which comprised ffs and wtf.

But then, MN isn't really global is it. OK, it is in the sense that it's a website. We tap into nice middle class networks in Aus and US and so on, but why would a mother in, say, Mumbai, tap into it?

It's not truly international is it. We're linked by a common culture of either living in Britain or linked to Britain.

Maybe the spokesperson (I note it wasn't DoY who said it but her spokesperson) has an interesting point.

I'm guessing she's imaging some kind of mythical girl-power parenting website, where we all learn ancient Amazonian Rainforest remedies for pregnancy piles and share Navahoe wisdom for dealing with colicy-babies.
In reality, we will all learn the Mandarin for ''any1 got a Quinny Zapp in Snot Green with a matching muff thanx hun''
