Mumsnet offline tonight for around 30 minutes at around 11.30

Mumsnet will be offline tonight (Monday 7th December) for around 30 minutes. This is to allow us to perform a major hardware upgrade. I can't tell you the exact time yet, but it will likely be around 11:30pm.

If all goes well you shouldn't notice any differences once it is back online - it should be noticeably faster during subsequent busy periods but that probably won't be appreciable at around midnight when things are getting quieter anyway. If anything does seem amiss then please do post on this thread.

Anybody that wants to know the very second that it is back online can add "[email protected]" on MSN for an instant message.

Dunno, it was the entire middle of a magazine so the size of 4 pages of whatever dodgy punk magazine it was.... Biiiiig, and the poster was pretty sizeable too

So, ooh I am moving on 18th
and also in other news,

Got a call from dd school today that teacher was worried because dd had called her into the loo and showed her that her poo was red, cue lots of panic and me rushing up there. When I got there dd was looking all happy and fine.

I came home and googled (natch ) and lo and beyond top match for 'red poo in children' is a mumsnet thread about strawberry jelly.

I gently let the school know it wasn't internal bleeding..
