I was just going to create a thread about this and very glad someone has put a far more suitable title. Stop it, stop her now. Its not the fact that it is an add for cbeebies, its the mad waving and moving about. i want to shove a sharpe pencil in her eye til she runs away crying. a little extreme maybe be but it is too painful to watch that ad nastiness!

I just posted a thread about this waving child. In AIBU, but maybe it should have been in something more serious? I go on MN to get away from this sort of attention hogging annoying behaviour. And here it is following me.... The other two children were bad enough with the plastered on smiles but this one takes the biscuit. I have taped a post it to the side of the screen. I was really impressed with the cheese and tomato swirls she did yesterday and made them with DS.

If I saw an enticing-sounding recipe printed on the ad it WOULD make me more likely to watch (and I could make sure I had the ingredients in stock before the programme).
