ARRRGGHHH mn keeps freezing and then I get this message

I'd echo MaryBS - do you have more than one browser on your computer? Perhaps shut one down and open the other?

Its probably an advert malfunctioning. Whatever you do, it probably won't make any difference! If in doubt shut your browser down and reopen.
