I can't find the instructions for how to see more "Threads I'm On"

It says 11 discussions have messages but I can only see 3.

try going into customise and increasing the number of days in the threads im on option. also may have something to do with display active conversations option - increase the number there. worked for me!

Didn't work for me. I increased the number of days to see Threads I'm On to 21.
Now it says 15 discussions have messages but I can only see 4 of them.
