She was a prominent poster here for years Pauldacre but hasn't been around much for the last year or two. For those of us that do remember her, personal slatings of her are a bit harsh to read.

I can see why she hasn't offered herself up to the pack of baying dogs that is MN at the moment, tbh

I don't know what her personal morality is around privacy and anonymity, although I know she's written articles before that feature aspects of her own life.

I'm not saying the DM thing is fine, I don't think it is. I have let out lots of very personal stuff on MN - and I have failed family relationships where people would LOVE to invade me if they could - and it would be disastrous for me if it were reproduced verbatim in a national daily.

What I'm objecting to is the personal abuse - people namechanging to call her names etc

dislike her intensely, fine, dislike what's happening - but without descending into personal abuse
