Hey! My Mumsnet is giving me the option to delete messages and ban people

Has Tech buggered up my membership and inadvertently dropped me into a MNHQ admin group, or did I go on holiday and things have changed around here?

It's funny, there is a little B next to the usernames and if you press it, it says ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO BAN THIS USER?
