What do you do when you think someone is taking the piss

Mainly because I thought look at her, what a good mum, and that's what everyone was saying, and it made me feel guilty for my 2. I want to hear those things on Mumsnet!

yes, it all seemed so 'easy' to get to that sudden ending

and the fact that she was able to post online, yet phone access was not easy.....

but mainly, it was the posting style, the way she 'spoke', the one line posts, the odd sad faces........all took me straight back to last year, and made a sick feeling in my stomach.

of course, it could be true, but the coincidence of all the similarities adding up to the one poster......

Same here onepiece, what a sudden turn around, that would be very unusual in a real situation. In order to please and get lots of you're great etc. Now I'm angry actually, I really am dealing with this problem and don't appreciate it one bit

and I emailed someone to say similar......

psycho I generally trust your judgment when you have your suspicions, and I also agree with you on this occasion.

I also had suspicions, but as others have said the advice may be useful for other in a genuine dv situation.

What struck me was the "sudden happy ending" iykwim.

nope, no wine, (DH has decided it might inhibite the healing, backed up by flame and MoM and trillian on another thread saying it might not help the bleeding issue), but yes, have choc thanks to DH feeling sorry for me

It's not nice to do this when people are genuinely in it, especially when everyone is worried about one of the people who is really in it but hasn't been posting?? Is this the thread?

FBG, I emailed this morning (admittedly had to apologize as I felt I was on a troll hunt die to emailing about three of the feckers), and they said they were watching it.

am guessing for now tho, that as she hasn;t come back, they are hoping that it dies a death (or maybe they are investingating or summit that they do in their tower).

I thought it could be cvq. Have read through the thread, and the poster is saying she is a regular but namechanged, which presumably will be very easy for MNHQ to verify.

I have seen the thread and also thought it was cvq (tis jes74 here but have had a name change) the posting style is very similar as is the use of smilies and disapearing then adding comments. I really hope its not as she did lots of damage last time.

I thought this too...it just isn't ringing true for me, and the promise of revealing her true ID thing made me think too. I don't know why....

True. I did the same as Reality, posted in a way I thought would be useful if it were genuine then fecked off. I'm wondering if I should withdraw my email now though.
